Volant air intake systems utilize a high-velocity venturi filter adapter which provides a smooth transition through the MAF sensor into the intake tube for a much needed airflow improvement over the factory rubber tubing and resonator box. Volant's Cool Air box is larger than the factory unit and incorporates a larger opening to collect a higher volume of colder ambient air.

I would say it runs pretty good sadly I never seen the temp of my old K/N CAI but I get down to 87F so pretty good but sadly I never got my cap for the bottom part so that’s why it’s 4 stars low key was a pain to get the filter on too
Love it so far. I’ve been using it for a year now and I can’t complain. It adds a nice sound to the engine and definitely gives some HP. My only complaint is that there needs to be a replacement dry filter for this unit.
