Your Volant products are built-to-order in our hometown of Berea, Ohio. We're a bit backed up due to increased order volume as well as COVID-19 precautions. Our crew is working hard to manufacture your order and most ship within 2-4 weeks.
Shipping Policy
Volant Performance accepts and ships orders to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and most other countries. Orders delivered in the US cannot be sent to a PO Box. Some items are not eligible to be shipped to California or other states that have adopted CARB regulations and Executive Order recognition. Signature Required is mandatory on all purchases $3,000+ call for more information.
Affirm Disclosure:
If one or more items in your order has an extended ship date, your loan payment(s), including interest, may be due before the merchant ships all of the items. Please note that you may not receive a rebate of any interest that may have already accrued on an amount that later gets refunded.
Volant offers several domestic shipping options and most available items ship within 1-2 business days if the product is in stock. If an item is not in stock, it will be shipped when it becomes available unless you contact us to cancel the order. In most cases, any item not in stock will still ship within 7-10 business days. For any flat rate shipping offered on Volant.com, the product is generally shipped via Fed Ex Ground Service. Other shipping methods selected by the customer will ship via that method as soon as the product is available.
Shipping charges and sales tax will be shown before an order is finalized provided that the ship to postal code is correct. As mentioned, due to regulations, not all products can ship to all states. Volant will do its best to inform you and prohibit the sale and shipment of products that do not have a valid Executive Order Number issued by CARB.
After an order is submitted you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You will receive another e-mail confirmation after the order has been shipped.
Sales Tax (United States)
Sales tax is added to most US orders. Volant collects and pays sales tax in compliance with most US states.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer service department at 440-891-0999. Our orders usually ship within a day therefore you must call as soon as possible to cancel the order before it is shipped. There may be a 3% cancellation fee accessed.
Return Policy
This policy ONLY applies to products purchased directly through Volant Performance. For any other purchases, please contact your retailer directly. Arrangements must be made in advance - before item is returned to Volant. Only products that are new, unused, have never been installed, and remain undamaged are eligible for returns. Request for returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Items shipped prior to cancellation or refused upon delivery may be charged published shipping cost rates for both outbound and returned shipping. A 20% restocking fee may be charged for returned items. In ALL cases shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns must be initiated by the original purchaser. There are NO returns or refunds awarded on used or installed products.In order to begin a return, please call us directly at 440-891-0999 to speak with a representative regarding all returns.
